Porto is the second most sought after destination by the French on All Saints' Day holidays

Porto ranks second among the most sought after destinations by the French for the 2026 All Saints' Day holidays, just behind Marrakech, according to data from the travel comparator Liligo, cited by Ulysse. Lisbon appears in eighth place and Portugal is, with Morocco, the only country with two cities in the top 10.

The complete ranking is as follows: Marrakech, Porto, London, Barcelona, Rome, New York, Istanbul, Lisbon, Agadir and Tunis. London registers the biggest increase, with searches for Paris-London flights up 82%, and the connection goes from 16th to 4th place among the most popular itineraries.

International destinations concentrate 84.3% of searches, compared to 83% in 2025, while travel searches in France fall 17%. Egypt rises 20%, while Thailand retreats 21% and the United States 18%.

Porto is thus confirmed as one of the French's favorite getaways for the autumn, ahead of London, Barcelona and Rome, and Lisbon remains in the top 10. With the French looking abroad more than France on these holidays, the two Portuguese cities are well placed to capture short stays during school holidays.
