From now on, passengers who disembark at Humberto Delgado Airport, in Lisbon, can opt for a taxi system with a fixed fare known before the start of the trip. The modality, managed by Turismo de Lisboa, works through vouchers and establishes prices starting at €16, defined according to the destination region, the time and the capacity of the vehicle. The value informed on the voucher is the final price of the ride and already includes luggage.
The city was divided into two fare zones. On weekdays, between 7 am and 10 pm, rides for up to four passengers cost €16 for Zone 1 and €19 for Zone 2. At night, between 10 pm and 7 am, in addition to weekends and holidays, the values rise to €20 and €23, respectively. For larger groups, fares range from €20 to €28, depending on the area and period.
The voucher can be purchased daily, from 7 am to 10 pm, at the Ask Me Lisboa tourism desk, inside the airport. The measure seeks to give passengers more predictability about transport costs and establish clearer rules for the taxi service, making it easier to plan expenses upon arrival in the Portuguese capital.
