The Swiss and French authorities have approved the expansion of the terminal at EuroAirport, with work scheduled to start in the third quarter of 2027. The project, valued at more than 157 million euros, includes a new building of 14 thousand m² and the renovation of another 15 thousand m². The aim is to modernize the facilities, simplify passenger routes and improve the catering and duty-free offer, without increasing aircraft operating capacity. Financed entirely by the airport, the work is expected to be completed by the end of 2031.
