Air France plans for winter 2026-2027, from November 2026 to April 2027, up to 725 daily flights to around 170 destinations in 78 countries, according to Tour Hebdo. Capacity to the Iberian Peninsula rises 5%, and Porto has two daily flights, between the short- and medium-haul connections reinforced by the company.
The increase for the Iberian Peninsula compares with 6% more for North America, 3% more for South America and 2% more for Asia. In Europe, the company also adds Tenerife South with one weekly flight, London-Gatwick with two daily flights and Zurich and Rabat with four daily flights each.
The Transavia France subsidiary offers 89 destinations in 26 countries, with 174 routes. Free Wi-Fi is already available on 70% of the Air France fleet and is expected to equip 80% of the planes by the end of 2026.
With more on offer to the Iberian Peninsula and two daily flights to Porto during the winter, there are more places available for French getaways in Portugal outside the high season.
