Tourism Advance is an open innovation program promoted by Fábrica de Startups, with support from Turismo de Portugal, as part of the FIT 2.0 Program – Fostering Innovation in Tourism.
Tourism Advance involves the participation of 20 startups, which must present solutions, products, or business models that are already operational and adaptable to the tourism sector.
The program stands out for its ability to adapt existing solutions, validate innovative business models in collaboration with companies, and leverage real-world industry data, enabling the testing and implementation of pilot projects.
The solutions developed fall within strategic areas such as sustainability and regenerative tourism, flexible and digital work, experiential and hyper-local tourism, digitalization and customer experience, safety and health, and proptech and smart asset management.
