Hyatt and Coporgest have signed development and management agreements for Park Hyatt Comporta, in Comporta (Alentejo), scheduled to open in 2029. The development includes 58 rooms and suites, six villas and 22 residences, integrated in the hotel operation, in addition to various facilities such as restaurants, swimming pools, wellness, fitness and a paddle tennis court.

The location is shown as adjacent to the Troia Golf Course, with more courses within 20 minutes. As it is the first entry of the Park Hyatt brand in Portugal, the project reinforces the country's offer and attractiveness in the luxury segment.
