From Start to Table - Acceleration

From Start-to-Table is an international accelerator program organized by Unicorn Factory Lisboa, with support from Turismo de Portugal, as part of the FIT 2.0 Program – Fostering Innovation in Tourism.

From Start-to-Table seeks to accelerate 15 startups developing solutions for the F&B, restaurant, hospitality, retail, and related sectors, across two main categories: technological solutions and sustainable and/or new products.

Startups must be in the growth phase, with a developed MVP, some market traction, and scalability potential, backed by motivated teams with a vision to innovate in the foodtech ecosystem.

Throughout the program, startups benefit from connections to a network of innovative startups, mentors, and strategic partners, as well as support in structuring and implementing pilot projects, access to market data, opportunities to connect with multiple markets and industry events, and a final prize.
