Azorean Gastronomy is an acceleration program organized by GesEntrepreneur, with support from Turismo de Portugal, as part of the FIT 2.0 Program – Fostering Innovation in Tourism.

The program is dedicated to Azorean cuisine and aims to support the growth of the Azores’ business community by integrating innovative solutions into local and regional businesses, strengthening companies’ value propositions, and addressing the sector’s current challenges.

Azorean Gastronomy is seeking 14 startups with products and solutions—both technological and non-technological—targeted at the restaurant and production sectors.

Startups must be in the growth phase, with a developed MVP, and have motivated teams with the potential to impact the regional ecosystem, while maintaining the capacity for growth and scalability.
