Designed specifically for travel agencies and tour operators, the program also features a partnership with APAVT—the Portuguese Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies.

The initiative involves 20 startups, which are challenged to develop solutions to specific needs identified by partner companies. Throughout the program, these startups work directly with pilot partners to create, test, and validate solutions in real-world contexts. The proposals fall within strategic areas such as customer experience and personalization, reservation management and CRM, corporate and destination sustainability, artificial intelligence and data management, as well as the automation of billing and payment processes.
