Vila Galé, Portugal’s second-largest hotel group, operates 34 properties in Portugal and Brazil. Before adopting this technology, the operation faced long response times and excessive bureaucracy that affected technicians and front desk staff.

Following a pilot project at Vila Galé Cascais, the platform was rolled out to all properties in Portugal within three weeks. This centralization into a single repository eliminated data transmission errors and optimized the management of critical routines, such as fire safety tests, ensuring greater transparency and confidence in task execution.

Operational results include an 80% reduction in calls and emails exchanged between maintenance and other departments; a 50% reduction in repair times; lower administrative costs; and increased room availability.
