Wine Tourism: national and European dimension
Wine tourism is seen as a priority product for the country's tourism development. The study now presented seeks to contribute to the understanding of the current national and European dimension of this product, as well as the perspectives for its evolution in the medium term.
Despite the recognised quality of Portuguese wines and some wine tourism projects already implemented in the country, it seems there is still a long way to go to enhance this business to its maximum expression.
