Tourism Outlook - November 2024

The tourist accommodation sector registered 2.2 million guests and 5.0 million overnight stays in November 2024. The guests increased 14.0% and the overnights rised 9.8% compared to the same month of 2023. 

Total revenue increased 16.7%, reaching 386,0 million euros, and revenue from accommodation reached 285,3 million euros, reflecting a growth of 16.7%.

Until November 2024, overnight stays reached 76,1 million and increased by 4.1%; and guests rised 5.3% to 29,7 million guests. 

Total revenue, which achieved 6.355,6 million euros until November 2024, grew by 11.0%, and revenue from accommodation, which reached 4.905,6 million euros, grew in a positive way: +11.0%.

The tourism receipts registered 1.465,9 million euros in the same month, an increase of 6.2% (var.November 24/23).
