Assesses the relative weight of tourist demand​ in the three months of greatest demand (July, August and September), in relation to the annual total, measured through the number of overnight stays in accommodation facilities. The concentration of overnight stays or tourists at certain times of the year can have an important impact on the sustainability of the destination itself, greatly reducing the viability of companies in the sector and their ability to offer and maintain jobs throughout the year. This asymmetry can also exert great pressure on the communities and natural resources of a given destination at a given time, leaving weaknesses in others.
