Assesses the proportion of hotel establishments that have periods of operation, in relation to the total number of establishments that operate throughout the year. The evolution of the number of hotel establishments, villages and tourist apartments that are in operation throughout the year also makes it possible to assess the seasonality of Tourism in some destinations, in order to identify tourism opportunities throughout the year.
